1. Why Boston?
I grew up, and went to school in the Boston area.  We have many advantages over Silicon Valley.  The talent here is second to none.

2. What's the one word to describe how people will feel after leaving your New Co session?    

Hopeful 

3. On a scale of 1 to 10, how weird are you and why?    

Old enough to have gotten lots of the weirdness out of my system.  Still weird enough to challenge every generally accepted concept.

4. What movie, no matter how many times you've seen it, do you have to watch when it's on?    

The Usual Suspects

5. What business would you love to start?    

Codiscope is my dream job.  Products that will change the world.

6. What trophy do you want on your mantle?    

Boston's coolest company

7. In the past few months, what is the smallest change you made that had the biggest positive result?    

Unlimited Personal Time off

8. If you could have a beer with anyone (dead or alive) who would it be?    

Andrew Jackson

9. What did you miss in the interview for the worst hire you ever made?    

A socially inept sales rep

10. What's your superpower or what's your spirit animal?    

Creating patterns from chaos

13. If there was a movie produced about your life, who would play you and why?    

Kevin Spacey.  He creates his reality every day, and I believe him.
